I am urgently looking for a company/person that can offer 2X10 MW for joint development. (sent you an email with details)
The deal of the investor is this:
a land owner comes up with the project and helps with the permits. He pays all the taxtes from the start (estimated 600.000 EURO) land owner receives 20% of the shares in return.
The land will be put in the SPV of which the landowner then receives 20% shares. When the SPV is sold he gets money for his 20% shares
